The consultancy arm of Off to Work is led by Philip Atkins who has worked at the highest end of the hospitality industry for the last 20 years. Having graduated from Bournemouth University in Hospitality Management, and having sat the CIM Diploma in Marketing, Philip joined the opening team of the five star Regent London Hotel.
His career then led him onto Madame Tussaud’s where he managed in both the Front of House and Banqueting departments. From there he went on to be Operations Manager within the events team at the prestigious Natural History Museum in London. During his time at the Museum he also had the opportunity to study the Disney Approach to Quality Service at their Academy in Florida.
Following his time there he was head hunted to join the renowned communications and Event management company, First Protocol. From First Protocol Philip set up the highly successful staffing arm of Off to Work that has been operating for the last nine years. Philip also sits on the board of ISES, the International Special Events Society.
His time with all these esteemed companies has allowed him to learn management systems, operational plans and business development techniques which, when married with an intense attention to detail, deliver results for clients.
The rest of the consultancy team bring additional experience and strengths with them from equally prestigious and well managed companies. These include restaurant groups such as Zuma, D and D, The Albannach and Henry’s and hotel groups including the Hilton. Their roles have included Marketing, Sales, Restaurant, Front of House and General Management.

Our consultancy fees are worked out on an hourly, daily or fixed price per project basis and the charge will depend on the level of our team used. We will always look for the most economical option for you that will deliver the results required, in the timelines needed, and we guarantee to remain within agreed fixed costs for projects.
The price may also be dependent on the frequency and duration of the work with some of our clients choosing to work with us with on a fixed monthly contract.
There is an opportunity for clients to benefit from our consultancy at reduced costs when our Training Academy and People services are utilised to bring the necessary changes to your existing services.
Our standard rates are as below:

| Senior Consultant: | £100.00 per hour |
| Consultant: | £50.00 per hour |
All figures are excluding VAT and are charged on a minimum of a six hour period. We do not charge for initial consultation and will de delighted to meet and discuss your needs in more detail.
